If you are not completely satisfied, please return your purchase to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. *(Diploma Frames within 6 months if in ORIGINAL condition). Apparel must still be in new condition with tags attached. Graduation Regalia is non-refundable. Can exchange if sizing wrong/damaged. Details below.
Step 1 - Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include order number, last name and item you want to exchange or refund.
Step 2 - Customer Service will respond to your email quickly. If the return is due to our error, we will send you a call tag for free return shipping. If return is your choice, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
Step 3 - Please make sure you include all the necessary info in your return mail package.

Step 4 - Once we receive the items being returned, we will refund your purchase or make the necessary changes and mail out your new items.

Out of Stock and Back Orders
Unforeseen demand occasionally results in items that are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. We will inform you of any such event and you can then let us know how you would like us to proceed. Your credit card is not charged until we pack your order.
If you select the "gift option", we will not include the receipt. If you would like a receipt sent to you, please make a note in the comments section.
1. Any item in the original condition may be returned up to 30 days from purchase with the receipt and original tags attached.
2. EXCEPTIONS: gowns, stoles, caps, tassels, master hoods & clearance items are NOT returnable.
3. Diploma frames may be returned/exchanged up to 120 days from date of purchase.
4. Items purchased in November and December are returnable through the end of January the following year.
5. Credit card refunds will be credited to your accounts.
6. If you place an order online, you have four (4) months from the date of purchase to pick up the order in the store. All refund policies/deadlines listed above apply to online orders. We will email you multiple times to remind you of your order, but it is the customer's responsibility to follow up to pick up the order. Make sure to check your spam email. After 4 months, you will forfeit the order if it is not picked up. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
